• Roasted 1/2 chicken with Rosemary sauce and cranberry relish served with whipped potatoes and green beans almondine

• Slow roasted prime rib of beef au jus served with chef's choice of garniture

• Vegetarian option: pasta primavera with garden vegetables sauteed with garlic and penne pasta in 4 cheese alfredo sauce served with garlic sticks.
