Return to Adoptable Animals in Foster
March 5th
The kittens are nearly one week old, and changes in them are already visible. They have grown significantly and have round little well-fed bellies. Their ears are becoming more erect. The eyes on one of the kittens, a black female, have started to open and are halfway open at this time. The umbilical cords have fallen off four of the kittens, and will soon be falling off the remaining two. Velvet has decided to keep the kittens in her bookcase nest, and the kittens, though moving a little more, are not yet big or mobile enough to go far.
